ProjetCanada (projetcanada.org) commits itself to adherence with the principles of the GDPR in regard to protecting your data under our storage.
ProjetCanada has a right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. This right shall not be limited and shall be at the company’s sole discretion. When this Privacy Policy is updated, ProjetCanada will post any updated Privacy Policy on this website. All updates made to this Privacy Policy will become effective on the date that they are posted by our company. When any changes made that are related to our company’s use of your personal information ProjetCanada will seek to ensure that are in accordance with the requirements of the relevant laws.

You have independently decided to submit your personal information to ProjetCanada through its website, and you declare and obligate to the following:
All of the personal information that you have provide to ProjetCanada is accurate, complete and correct.
You understand that the personal information that you provide to ProjetCanada will be retained in the company’s data storage, for the purpose that the company will utilize that personal information and transfer it to third parties that cooperate with ProjetCanada or act on its behalf, in accordance with the conditions this Privacy Policy.

ProjetCanada sends messages to its subscribers via email regarding its products, new services, improvements, notice of scheduled services, etc. Our subscribers may opt-out of receiving this information by suspending their subscription with us.
ProjetCanada does not provide an archiving service. ProjetCanada agrees only that it will not intentionally delete any Customer Data from any Service prior to termination of the Customer’s applicable Subscription Term. ProjetCanada expressly disclaims all other obligations with respect to storage.

5. Use of “Cookies”
ProjetCanada uses “cookie” files. The files monitor your activity when you visit our website. We do this in order to improve your website user experience and as offer you services that may interest you, suggested by the data that is collected from this cookie file. ProjetCanada will share personal information about you with other associated companies that comprise the corporate family that ProjetCanada is a part of, in order to achieve the goals of the client and ProjetCanada. ProjetCanada will also share your personal information with necessary third parties such as those listed below:
RCICs, lawyers, immigration consultants, business consultants and additional third parties in order to facilitate the process of obtaining an immigration visa;
Third parties providing services or supplies that help our company to provide you with the services requested (for example, accountants, IT services, legal advisers, payment processing services, etc.);
Government officials as required in order to satisfy legal requirements;
Any third parties who are our company’s business partners in providing additional services if you indicate an interest in such services.
7. Personal Data Used for Marketing
ProjetCanada considers the needs and personal preferences of its customers with a goal of providing them with information and products to enhance the experience. ProjetCanada analyses their personal information so that we can make the client offers that you may find personally relevant. To the extent that you agree to be sent marketing offers from ProjetCanada, our company can refine its offers made to you by using the conclusions drawn from these analyses of your data.

8. Length of Time we Retain Your Personal Information
We are dealing with governmental programs, for which the requirements change from time to time, your details will be saved in our systems using advanced security encryption for as long as necessary in order for our company to provide you with our services unless otherwise instructed by you in writing in accordance with the GDPR regulations. In general, after a 5 year period information is reviewed and either stored longer if required, or deleted.

You have the option to delete your personal information completely from our system. This personal data delete option will be filled upon specific client’s request, subject to governmental and other legal obligations to retain information.
